Azure Disaster Recovery Service

por PROJECT INFORMATICA SRL

We design, implement, and operate disaster recovery with Azure Site Recovery, delivering a DR landing zone, recovery plans and runbooks, defined RTO/RPO, governance, periodic testing, and clear documentation to minimize downtime and data loss.

Azure Disaster Recovery Service

We provide an end-to-end, Disaster Recovery managed service on Microsoft Azure, centered on Azure Site Recovery, to replicate and orchestrate failover and failback for critical workloads across regions, minimizing downtime (RTO) and data loss (RPO) with governed, auditable processes.

The managed service includes assessment and architecture design, a dedicated DR landing zone with networking, security and governance, replication policies, Recovery Plans and automation runbooks, identity and DNS strategies, secure emergency access, initial validation and periodic non‑disruptive tests, and comprehensive DRP/DRD documentation aligned to a Business Impact Analysis.

During real incidents, our team coordinates execution, monitors jobs, validates service health, and manages networking and identity changes (including DNS updates) to restore reachability; optional 24x7 on‑call for disaster scenarios and agreed windows for planned tests are available as managed services, with clear roles, escalation paths, and transparent exclusions such as cloud consumption during failover.

Type of user that benefits

  • CIOs / CTOs / IT Operations leaders seeking assured business continuity and governed DR.

  • Infrastructure / Cloud Architects who need standardized DR landing zones, policies, and automation.

  • Application owners and platform teams responsible for tier‑1 workloads requiring defined RTO/RPO and tested recovery paths.

  • Security, Risk and Compliance officers who require auditability, role clarity, and alignment with corporate standards.

Customer need or pain addressed

  • Reducing service downtime and limiting data loss when the primary site is unavailable.

  • Eliminating ad‑hoc recovery by orchestrating dependencies (Identity → Database → Applications/Web) with Recovery Plans and runbooks.

  • Closing gaps in governance, roles, and escalation during crises via clear DRP/DRD and RACI.

  • Replacing untested procedures with scheduled, non‑disruptive tests and continuous improvement.
