One-touch access to your Document360 knowledge base articles for conversations, groups, and channels
Download the Document360 app and integrate your knowledge base with Microsoft Teams. After successful integration you can search for and share the result articles from Document360 to individual contacts as well as channels on Microsoft Teams without having to leave the platform.
SEARCH, READ, AND SHARE ARTICLES
When you want to search a particular article from your integrated knowledge base, click on the Document360 logo from the chat controls, type the keyword in the search bar, and select the relevant article from the search results. The knowledge base search engine is powerful and very intuitive; it narrows down your search result within seconds.

Another way of launching the app widget is to type @Document360 in the search bar, hit enter and the knowledge base search would be enabled; from there it’s the same search flow.
Share just the article links or even the content from a searched article and add better context to your conversations. Having quick access to your knowledge base without leaving the Microsoft Teams platform saves a lot of time in internal discussions or support calls.

CREATE ARTICLES
We’re also working on a feature where users can create articles for the knowledge base directly from the Microsoft Teams platform. These articles are expected to be added as draft, which editors can later review before publishing them.
