The Azure Vote application is a simple sample used throughout the Kubernetes Applications Marketplace documentation found in https://github.com/Azure-Samples/kubernetes-offer-samples/ The application consists of 2 deployments, frontend azure-vote and redis backend. This sample uses baseline mainTemplate.json and createUiDefinition.json files found in https://github.com/Azure-Samples/kubernetes-offer-samples/tree/main/samples/k8s-offer-azure-vote for a Kubernetes application that can be published to Azure Marketplace. Through the portal installation, user can customize the 2 things user can choose to vote on, and the data will be saved into the backend redis database. This application will be used to demonstrate how to use Az CLI and terraform installation in our guide.
