Case Request and Management in Microsoft Teams

Requesters can easily submit matter requests through a dedicated channel in Teams. There's no need to switch between email or other tools. You can seamlessly handle everything from matter requests to management within Teams, the platform you already use for daily work. Create matter and communicate about them directly in Teams.

Real-Time Progress Updates and Notifications

When the Legal Department updates the progress of a case in LegalOn's matter management system, notifications are automatically sent to the channel in Teams. Requesters can receive notifications from LegalOn in Teams at the appropriate time, enabling prompt action.

Centralized Document Management and Sharing

Documents such as contracts and related materials can be seamlessly shared and managed between LegalOn's matter management and Teams. File uploads, downloads, and version control are centralized.

Direct Communication via Teams Posting

Utilizing Teams' channel, Requesters and legal staff can communicate directly. Real-time information exchange is possible for case-related questions, consultations, or urgent matters requiring immediate attention. This reduces time lost in email back-and-forth, enabling faster decision-making and response.

Target Users

This integration feature is intended for the legal departments of companies using LegalOn's matter management and for internal requesters who submit legal matters. It can be used immediately in environments where Teams is deployed.
