Automatically relay messages and files between Microsoft Teams and Telegram.
Teagram is a Microsoft Teams ↔ Telegram bridge built for organizations that collaborate with Telegram-based customers, communities, vendors, and field teams. Instead of copying and pasting between apps, Teagram relays conversations in real time so your Teams channels stay aligned with the Telegram groups where your external peers already are.
Intended audience:
- Customer support, sales, and community teams who run conversations in Telegram but need coordination, visibility, and history inside Teams
- Operations teams working with external partners who prefer Telegram, while the organization standardizes internally on Microsoft 365 / Teams

- Thread handling: Teams threads are relayed to Telegram as quoted replies, preserving reply context in a Telegram-native way

Prerequisites / requirements
- A Microsoft 365 tenant with Microsoft Teams enabled
- A Teams administrator to install the app and grant required permissions
- A Telegram group where you can add a bot (admin privileges in the target Telegram group are typically required)
- Network access to Microsoft 365 and Telegram services
Limitations and conditions
- Deletion sync: Telegram does not notify bots about message deletions; therefore, messages deleted in Telegram cannot be automatically deleted in Teams.
- Some chat features don’t translate 1:1 between platforms (for example, certain rich formatting and platform-specific message types).
- Attachment handling and maximum sizes are constrained by Microsoft Teams and Telegram limits and tenant policies.
