Manage your travel requests and bookings — all without leaving Microsoft Teams
AltoVerse is an all-in-one corporate housing platform designed for corporate travel. Easily review the options curated by the AltoVita team, approve or disapprove of the shortlisted properties, and send the final selections to your guests or employees for their choice.
The AltoVerse app enables you to manage all your travel requests and bookings seamlessly within the Microsoft Teams app. Travel consultants can also benefit from extensive data and analytics tailored for their company.
Please note that an AltoVita account is necessary to access the app.
The app supports Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

Get Started
- Open the ‘AltoVerse’ add-in and log in with your AltoVita account.
- Open the account access email you've just received.
- Navigate to the Housing Requests page.
- Add a new request by clicking on the ‘Add request’ button, complete all the required fields and save the request.
- Filter the requests by the status ‘Options to review’, click on the ‘Review list’ button, approve or disapprove the curated options before sending them over to the employee for the final booking.
- Click on ‘Send to employee’, enter your email address and click on ‘Send email’ when finished.
- Navigate to AltoInsights page, switch between the five tabs to see the data and analytics of your company or programme.
