LaunchEvents and SmartAlerts

- LaunchEvents: Activate when you start composing or sending an email, prompting you to select a filing location.
- SmartAlerts: Notify you if you attempt to send an email without choosing a filing location, helping you avoid missed steps.
When a single filing location is selected, the add-in adds a unique “luggage tag” to the subject line for easier future filing.
If multiple locations are chosen, the subject line remains unchanged, but your choices are securely stored with the message.
These features only appear when needed and do not modify your email content beyond what’s necessary for filing.
