The add-in allows users to create and submit tickets to Proactivanet easily from Outlook.
The Outlook add-in allows users to create and submit support tickets to Proactivanet easily, without needing to access the ITSM portal. It generates a preconfigured ticket, obtaining information from the email, which streamlines communication with technical support teams.
