AI Functionality – AI Mental Health First Responder (MHFR):

Emotional Pulse includes an AI-powered Mental Health First Responder that provides a safe, confidential space for users to talk about how they feel and receive guidance on what type of support may be most appropriate for their situation. The AI MHFR follows the same listening and response frameworks used in professional Mental Health First Responder training, offering empathetic reflection and connecting users to suitable support options when needed. It does not diagnose or replace professional care but helps users navigate emotional challenges safely and responsibly.

Admin Consent Requirement:

Installation and use of Emotional Pulse within Microsoft 365 require administrator consent through the Microsoft Admin Center. An IT administrator must approve and configure the app before employees can access it in Microsoft Teams or Outlook. This ensures secure integration, compliance with organisational policies, and correct deployment of permissions.

- Activator Plan: Unlimited pairs and 1 group (up to 30 people).

- Safe Workplace Plans: Unlimited groups, nested group hierarchies, and monthly reporting for workplace compliance. A paid subscription is required for these features.

Limitations and Account Dependencies:

Certain advanced features such as group reporting, hierarchies, admin dashboards, and MHFR support are only available on paid plans or within enterprise environments.
