How It Works

1. Install the MergerWare CRM Outlook Add-in.

2. Install the MergerWare Email Tracker Chrome Extension: MergerWare Email Tracker.

3. Open any email or compose a new one in Outlook, then click the MergerWare CRM icon.

4. Select the related deal from the dropdown and click Log Email.

5. The email and its details are automatically synced to your MergerWare CRM.

Important Notes

1. The Chrome Extension (Step 2) is mandatory — the Outlook add-in depends on it for API connectivity.

2. The MergerWare Email Add-in is designed exclusively for existing MergerWare CRM users and is not an enterprise add-in.

3. This add-in is supported only on Outlook on the Web and not on desktop (Rich Client) Outlook apps for Windows or Mac.
