Add attendees as guests in onVisit by the click of a button
The "Add to onVisit" add-in helps meeting organizers integrate with the onVisit visitor management system. With a single click in Outlook, or a few clicks in the Teams meeting tab, the add-in adds meet@onvisit.net to your meeting attendees. This ensures that all meeting participants are registered as guests in onVisit, provided the organizer has an active onVisit Invite license.
Outlook: A ribbon button in the meeting window adds meet@onvisit.net to the recipient list. No data is sent outside your Outlook environment.
Microsoft Teams: A configurable meeting tab that automatically adds meet@onvisit.net as a required attendee via Microsoft Graph. The tab uses Teams SSO for authentication and a secure server-side token exchange. No personal data is stored.
