Easily create new events, stakeholders and documents in Consultation Manager with our simple-to-use Outlook add-in making it quicker than ever to pass emails through to your system, with the added flexibility to manage your project relationships, associated stakeholders and included attachments all from Outlook.
Emails
Pass any email into Consultation Manager (including their Project relationships) from across your mailbox folders alongside the ability to easily identify which emails have already been sent in via automatic notification.
Stakeholders
Review the relationships which will be formed from your email recipients to existing Consultation Manager Stakeholders through their associated tab, including the ability to create new Stakeholders for any which are unable to be matched.
Attachments
Manage which attachments will be saved into Consultation Manager following the email being passed through via the attachments tab.
Note: An active Consultation Manager license alongside a User account with contributor or greater access is required to use this add-in.
