Signatures are synchronized automatically to Outlook clients once the add-in is assigned to users. Entra ID Compatibility

For organizations that manage employee information through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Chillisign supports seamless integration, enabling automatic population of user details into email signatures. While Entra ID integration streamlines setup and ensures data consistency, it is entirely optional. Chillisign remains fully functional without it.
