Requirements & Admin Dependencies

  • Assist AI requires a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator to complete the initial authorization and one-time configuration before other users in the tenant can use the app.

  • Assist AI depends on configured internal knowledge sources to provide automated responses.

  • Ticketing functionality is optional and requires integrating a supported ticketing system (such as HappyFox Helpdesk).

  • End-users may experience limited functionality until the admin completes setup at Assist AI Admin Setup.
