Xelion for Microsoft Teams enables you to search for and call users
Xelion for Microsoft Teams integrates your Xelion telephony system directly into Microsoft Teams, allowing users to search contacts, manage phone lines, and initiate calls.
Features:
- Search contacts: quickly look up contacts by name or number from your Xelion address book.
- View call history: view recent and missed calls, filter by line, and access available call recordings or voicemails.
- Manage extensions: sign on to or off from your Xelion lines directly from Teams.
Requirements:
- Native application dependency: full telephony functionality requires that a Xelion desktop application is installed.
- Account and licensing: users must have an active Xelion account and the organization must have a valid Xelion subscription.
