Spacewell Room Finder

This add-in helps you in finding an available meeting room, which you can add to your appointment.
Spacewell Room Finder helps you with finding a meeting room from your Outlook appointment. It is a touchpoint of the COBUNDU Smart Building platform by Spacewell.
To use the add-in, your organization must have an active COBUNDU subscription from Spacewell. You must be registered as an active user in your organization's COBUNDU subscription and must have a valid set of credentials. For active COBUNDU users, the Room Finder and all its features can be used without any additional charges.
By opening the add-in you can:
- Quickly find free rooms or desks
- View available rooms and occupancy on a floor plan
- Get details about the room such as room capacity and room picture
- Find a match for your search criteria, and if none, have a look at other great options
