PBIGenie Horizontal Bar Chart (HBC) Visual Platform helps Power BI creators build polished, presentation-ready bar, comparison, and variance visuals with deep formatting control — without writing custom DAX to get started.

Start with a simple dataset using a Value measure and optional Overlap measure, then design your chart directly from the Power BI Format pane. PBIGenie brings advanced reporting patterns into normal Power BI controls, including Axis Flip, Bar-on-Bar overlays, Gradient Colour styling, Delta Labels, lollipop and hammerhead bar styles, manual legends, grid lines, and detailed label formatting.

For advanced creators, PBIGenie also supports optional DAX-driven colour buckets and extra tooltip fields, giving teams even more control over business rules, variance reporting, target tracking, and executive storytelling.

With Axis Flip, PBIGenie lets report creators switch between horizontal bar chart (HBC) and vertical bar chart (VBC) layouts from the same visual — ideal for flexible reporting, executive dashboards, finance reporting, and presentation-ready comparison charts.

With Gradient Colour, creators can apply modern gradient styling to value and overlap bars directly from the Format pane.
