Make your remote work and flex office a success

BeeMyFlex helps organizations to improve remote work and book spots in their workspaces.

In BeeMyFlex, employees fill in their presence schedule per day and half-day:

- Home Office

- Office

- Outside

- On leave

The employee can book a spot in one of the shared workspaces or in their default office.

The live feature provides real-time visibility of the presence of team members and favorite project groups.

The forecast feature displays the schedules of team members and favorite project groups.
