Modern ShareLook

Modern ShareLook is an Outlook connector in the form of an add‑in

for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, developed by NSI.

It is intended for use by professional users within organizations operating a Microsoft 365 Tenant.

Main Features

• From Outlook, transfer emails and/or their attachments directly into

  SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive, with the option to index these files

  using the destination’s known metadata.

• Display the SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive tree structure in a side panel

  within Outlook and open the target location directly in your browser with a single click.

• If the file cart feature is enabled on the SharePoint side, retrieve its contents

  and insert the selected documents into your emails as attachments.

Compatibility

ShareLook is compatible with:

• Outlook Web (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
• Outlook “classic” or New Outlook on Windows 10+
• New Outlook on macOS

Available Languages

ShareLook is currently available in French, Dutch, English, and German.

Additional translations can be added upon request.

The default language will automatically match the Outlook interface language whenever available.
