This app supports Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft365.

To fully benefit from this application, users must have a RealWear headset.

New Users:

1. Open the Collaborate App on your RealWear Headset.
2. Read the 5-digit Quick Connect code to your Remote Expert.
3. Remote Expert enters the 5-digit code in the relevant box in the RealWear Teams app, then taps Connect.
4. A meeting will then be created between the desktop/mobile user and the RealWear Headset.
5. The Headset user must accept the call.
