This does not support one-to-one chat with a live person, but allows you to send important messages to your contacts, employees or team members, get feedback and track their responses. After installing this app, all you have to do is configure your contacts in Everbridge so that you can send them notifications via Microsoft Teams! You will need an Everbridge account to do this.
