OUR APPROACH

We will work closely with you and your team to ensure that your integration solution is secure by design, fit for purpose and meets your business objectives. The CBS methodology aligns with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework to include Architecture, Security and Governance. The professionally managed project will be fully documented and delivered in four coordinated and unified phases:

Phase 1: Assess & Planning.

Assess the business problems need solving, dive deep, and identify candidate for the solution.
Gathering of high-level architectural requirements and exploration of relevant modernisation concepts & patterns in Microsoft Cloud technologies.

Phase 2: Development of Solution Architecture.

Develop documentation and proposed solution architecture based on the outputs of the assessment and planning activities.
Documentation to outline the architecture, including proposed Microsoft Cloud environments and resources, CI/CD strategy and monitoring.

Phase 3: Implementation & Integration.

Develop the proposed solution based on the solution architecture design document.
Integrate with internal/third party solution as required.

Phase 4: Validation, sign-off and handover.

Participate and support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct training and handover sessions as need. Your integration solution will be deployed in production and non-production environments, with governance and continuous delivery process in place.
