Description
The LITS ESS Portal acts as a bridge between employees and HR operations. Through a web-based interface, employees can log in to submit various requests including leave, loans, attendance adjustments, and asset requisitions. Each submission follows a configurable workflow, routed automatically for review and approval according to organizational policies.
All requests, approvals, and rejections are logged and traceable, with automatic notifications ensuring that no task is missed. The portal provides separate dashboards for employees and HR administrators, giving staff a clear view of their personal details, leave balances, and salary information, while HR teams get comprehensive oversight of ongoing requests and employee activity.
Integration with Microsoft
