Send SMS from Outlook with SMSAlert. Make templates and recipient groups using your Outlook contacts
This add-in lets you send SMS directly from Outlook with your SMSAlert account. You can create contact lists, with auto-completion from your Outlook contacts, and create your own message templates. You can also choose to use a company name (configured in SMSAlert) instead of phone number as sender.
You will need to first set up an account with SMSAlert to use this add-in, see https://systorvest.no/ for more information.
When you read an email that contains a phone number, you can click on the number to directly open the add-in and send an SMS.
Phone numbers can be fetched both from private contact lists and your organization's contact lists through Office 365.
(Note: This add-in does not work with Internet Explorer – please use an up-to-date browser such as Edge or Firefox.)
