UWhatsapp is a solution to read/send whatsapp messages in Dynamics platform. (On-prem & Online)
Solution work also on on-prem dynamics installations. It can be used in part of Customer Service Hub.
It uses GupShup's whatsapp API but can be configured to work with other whatsapp providers.
In a single page Dynamics users can read all whatsapp conversations and reply. Every conversation can be closed or reopen again.
Users can convert conversations into case and contact records in a single click.
Detail reports and charts show the brief and detail information about conversation and cases converted.
Quick message feature make it possible to send long messages just writing abbreviations
