What you get

Holistic overview. A single, real-time view of how strategy connects to execution across your portfolio: enterprise OKRs, portfolio OKRs, and the Azure DevOps work items delivering them. You decide which work item types to connect, such as epics. Zoom from big picture to detail, filter by tags and priorities, and use the All/Unlinked toggle to spot work not linked to any objective.

OKR management. OKRs as native Azure DevOps work items, no third-party tool required. Link enterprise OKRs to portfolio OKRs and connect those to the work delivering them. Key results carry explicit baseline, current, and target values, so delivery is measured by outcomes, not just activity.

OKR Dashboard with Pace Status. Tracks key result progress from baseline to target, aggregated to portfolio level. Beyond progress percentage, Pace Status answers: are we in pace with the timeline? Committed and aspirational OKRs get different tolerances, so a stretch goal doesn't trigger false alarms.

Timeline and roadmap. A timeline that reflects the actual state of work in Azure DevOps, always current with no manual updates. Sequencing and dependencies are visualised directly, so you can show what needs to be done, why it matters, and when value will be delivered, without a single slide deck.

Works standalone or with Nooga Scale

Nooga Portfolio works standalone out of the box. For SAFe organisations, it connects with Nooga Scale to add PI planning overlays, ART structures, and team-level feature ownership to the portfolio view.
