nDivision Azure Migrate project template

This application helps a Customer with a guided walkthrough to create a default Azure Migrate project in the Customer subscription.  Azure Migrate is a set of tools and services for discovery and migration of servers from on-premises to Azure, or Azure to Azure.  It facilitates planning by providing a central location to discover servers, and then migrate them into Azure.  The Customer will be able to view all of the discovered servers, group servers, perform assessments for Azure readiness, and also migrate servers from a single location.
