Intra Events is a modern SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part
that gives your organization a polished, self-contained events hub right inside
your intranet. HR teams, internal communications professionals, and intranet
administrators can publish upcoming meetings, webinars, town halls, and
celebrations and employees can discover, RSVP, and track them without ever
leaving SharePoint.
Key Features
Category-based event browsing : Events are organized into
color-coded categories displayed as tabs. Users switch between "All Events"
and any specific category in one click.
Interactive month calendar : A built-in calendar lets users
navigate months and instantly see which dates have events scheduled,
making it easy to plan ahead.
One-click RSVP : Employees can confirm attendance, cancel,
or re-RSVP directly from the event card. RSVP status (Confirmed, Pending,
Cancelled) is reflected in real time with no page reload.
Rich event details : Each event supports a title,
start/end date and time, all-day toggle, location, meeting URL,
a rich text description, and a banner cover image.
Built-in content management panel : Authorized content
managers get a side panel with a full event creation and editing form,
plus a sortable table view of all events : no SharePoint list editing required.
Automatic setup : On first use, Intra Events automatically
creates the required SharePoint lists and a dedicated
Intra Content Managers permission group. Site owners simply add
members to the group to delegate content publishing rights.
Timezone-aware display : Event times are stored and
displayed in the viewer's local timezone so attendees always see the
correct time regardless of where they are.
Search : A search bar in the web part header lets users
filter events by keyword in real time.
SharePoint theme support : The web part respects your
site's color theme, including dark mode, and adapts automatically when
the theme changes.
Microsoft Teams & Outlook compatible : Runs natively
in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams tabs, and Outlook, so employees can access
it from wherever they work.

guide site owners through the one-time list setup. Configure the web part
name, SharePoint list name, and empty-state message from the property pane.
Tenant-wide deployment is supported, so you can roll it out across your
organization from the SharePoint App Catalog without activating it
site by site.
