How It Works

  1. Build your Omniagent via the Dashboard or REST API. Define identity, personality, and system instructions. Pick or generate an avatar. Add knowledge, FAQs, and tools.
  2. Test in the Playground. Start a live video and voice session. Iterate on the system prompt, swap tools, and refine.
  3. Deploy across channels. The same Omniagent runs across video (WebRTC), audio (WebSocket), and telephony (VoIP and SIP).
  4. Monitor and iterate. Review session transcripts, refine knowledge, and improve continuously.
