How It Works

When an email or calendar event is opened in Outlook:

• The sidebar automatically displays the matching Candidate, Client, etc from Bullhorn (via Salesforce).

• Related records are shown in real time.

• Attach the email or meeting to Bullhorn/Salesforce with a single click.

• Create Candidates, Clients, or Contacts instantly from your inbox or calendar.

• Reply or compose emails using Bullhorn/Salesforce Email Templates.

• Optional background sync automatically links emails and calendar events to the correct records.

• Works on Outlook desktop, web, and mobile.
