Met deze add-in kunnen e-mail berichten opgenomen worden in PerfectView CRM Online en deze e-mailberichten kunnen gekoppeld worden aan activiteiten, organisaties en personen.

Er kan ook een melding getoond worden bij het versturen van een e-mail als deze nog niet is opgenomen in PerfectView CRM Online.

Deze functionaliteit kan ingeschakeld worden via de persoonlijke instellingen > 'Mijn koppelingen' > 'Outlook add-in'.
