CallApp by InfraCom makes it easy to transfer calls and see who's busy on the line no matter if they speak through Teams or another IP device in InfraCom PBX solution InFinity. You may also record calls, transfer calls between your personal devices and connect the CallApp to a third party application, to example if you would like to integrate to your external CRM system. CallApp is integrated to many external CRM systems such as Dynamics, SalesForce, SAP and Zendesk.
