Tenderiser reads the tender spreadsheet you’re working on and matches every requested item against your product catalogue — directly inside Excel. No exports, no copy-paste, no separate tool to learn.

What it does

• Semantic matching. Finds the right product even when the buyer’s description doesn’t match your SKU naming. Powered by modern embeddings, not keyword search.
• One-click fill. Writes matched product code, name, and unit price into the cells you choose. You stay in control of every row.
• Confidence ranking. Each match comes with a score and the top alternatives, so unclear rows get flagged for review instead of silently mis-filled.
• Catalogue-aware. Connects to your Tenderiser account, where your product catalogue lives. Update the catalogue once, every future tender benefits.
• Audit trail. Every match is logged on the dashboard so sales and ops can review what was filled, by whom, and when.

How it works

1. Sign up at tenderiser.ai and import your product catalogue (CSV or via API).
2. Install the add-in from AppSource — opens as a side pane in Excel.
3. Open the tender spreadsheet, sign in, and select the column with item descriptions.
4. Tenderiser returns ranked matches. Accept, override, or skip per row.

Privacy & security

Tender data is processed only to compute matches against your own catalogue. Spreadsheet contents are not shared across tenants. See our privacy policy for details.

The add-in requires a free or paid account at tenderiser.ai. A test account is provided to Microsoft reviewers in the test instructions.
