Designed for account managers, sales teams, customer success teams and relationship managers, Account 360 enhances the standard Account view with richer account intelligence and action-focused tools. Users can work across a book of accounts, identify which relationships need attention, and take action without constantly moving between records, timelines and related tables.
Many organisations use Dynamics 365 as the central place to manage customer relationships, but account information is often spread across activities, tasks, opportunities, cases, contacts, notes and meetings.
