BulkForge — Workflow Communications for Azure

If your team sends operational messages — alerts, reminders, status updates, broadcast notices — you need more than a single email API. You need orchestration, auditability, and automation that fits a Microsoft environment.

BulkForge is a workflow-based communications platform: a hosted control plane queues and tracks every job; a lightweight agent you deploy in your own Azure subscription executes delivery. Credentials stay in your Key Vault. Every recipient outcome is logged.

What you get

Workflow automation — Trigger sends from Power Automate, Logic Apps, or any HTTP client. API keys, idempotency, scheduled delivery, and completion webhooks are built in.

Smart channel routing — The agent chooses the best delivery path per job: Postmark transactional, Postmark broadcast, or Azure Communication Services (ACS), with configurable fallback. You set routing preferences in the dashboard; the send form stays simple.

Audience & content — Upload CSV audiences, map merge fields, use templates, or drop in HTML. Preview personalized output before anything is sent.

Full audit trail — Per-recipient accepted/failed status and provider message IDs. Export JSON or CSV for compliance and ops review.

Your secrets stay yours — Postmark tokens and ACS connection strings live in your Azure Key Vault under managed identity. They are never stored on Ageebgee servers.

Multi-agent support — Run multiple execution agents (Pro plan) for scale and isolation. Monitor heartbeat and routing from the hosted dashboard.

How it works

Ageebgee hosts the control plane. You deploy a .NET Azure Functions agent into your subscription. The agent polls for work, routes each job to the right channel, and reports results back. Typical setup is under an hour.

Requirements

Azure subscription with rights to deploy Function Apps, Key Vault, and Storage

At least one delivery channel configured on the agent:

• Postmark — server API token (and optional account token for sender/template sync)

• Azure Communication Services — connection string and verified sender address

Outbound HTTPS from your agent to your email provider(s) and the BulkForge control plane

Billing

Free — 500 sends/month, single agent, no credit card required

Starter — $49/month, 25,000 sends/month, single agent

Pro — $199/month, unlimited sends, multi-agent support

Azure infrastructure (Functions, Key Vault, Storage) is billed to your subscription separately — typically a few dollars per month. Email provider usage (Postmark, ACS) is billed under your own provider accounts.

You are responsible for sender verification, recipient consent, and compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
