How the playbook-driven contract review works:

* Run (AI) contract review playbooks directly in MS Word to your counterparty’s proposed contract text;

* For each of the playbook clauses, let the AI optimise the playbook text to maintain its meaning and scope but to minimise the track changes (aka precision or surgical redlining);

* Validate and apply the AI-optimised modifications in track changes to the reviewed contract (with or without a comment).

* AI-write a review summary for colleagues or AI-write a cover e-mail to your counterparty.

Users can create their own contract playbooks (there is a built-in AI-prompt to create the playbook based on your uploaded contract template). The AI prompts and AI chat help to quickly search or AI-assess any type of Word document. For example, ask the AI assistant about any particularities that you fear or suspect are addressed (or not) in the opened document.
