The companion app to the XOPS Control Center, XOPS Sidekick gives your employees contextual notifications through Microsoft Teams channels from the XOPS platform delivering Autonomous IT. Your Sidekick gives you a heads-up on what you need to pay attention to and takes care of the rest.
**Features:**
- Receive notifications on various process statuses and results to have visibility on successful or failed data uploads, exports, error logging, and more.
- Check on the status of service requests
- Facilitate automated flows for runbooks
In order to use this app, your company administrator needs to have XperiencOps provide authorization against a runbook license that uses Microsoft Teams notifications. Please contact your XperiencOps Customer Support Manager for any assistance.
