Whiteboard.chat is an Observability and Engagement platform that empowers Teachers with the tools needed to conduct remote, hybrid and in-person instructional sessions. Teachers can upload existing teaching material or create new material using manipulatives and widgets built into Whiteboard.chat. Whiteboard.chat was developed largely through feedback from teachers and provides classroom controls and teaching tools not available in other whiteboards. When a teacher prepares a class board, students each get a copy of the class board. Students can then work on their individual boards, while teachers can see all student boards - real-time. Students cannot see other students’ boards. Teachers can prepare the class boards in advance or compose them live during class. Students can work on their boards during class or even asynchronously after class. Teachers have visibility at all times, even if students are not connected. Hundreds of Subject-specific manipulatives and features like timers, showcasing, co-teachers, locking of boards, follow the teacher, form and tile factories, spinners, clocks and more, address every imaginable need for teachers to enhance their teaching effectiveness while reducing their workload.
