Your marketing or IT team designs signatures once in the Mailtiv portal, and the Mailtiv add-in applies them in Outlook while people write: new emails, replies, forwards and meeting invitations. Every signature is filled with the sender's own name, job title, phone and photo from Microsoft 365, so it is always correct and always current.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Mailtiv subscription (additional purchase required). Annual subscriptions include one month free.

• Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online.

• Outlook for Microsoft 365, or a recent Outlook version that supports event-based add-ins.

• Signatures use the signed-in user's Microsoft 365 profile. The first time, Outlook may ask the user to connect Mailtiv once from the Mailtiv pane.
