Talentis Add-In for Microsoft Outlook allows you to manage your CRM data directly within Outlook
The Talentis Add-In for Outlook allows you to effortlessly manage your relationships directly from within your email.
You’ll be able to see your latest information about talent from your CRM inside Outlook, allowing you to progress people, add notes or view important information while receiving or sending emails
You will need a Talentis license, and user login information to use this Add-In. A free trial is available and can be signed up from within the Talentis Add-In for Outlook.
Smart Alerts disclosure: This add-in uses Outlook Smart Alerts. When you send an email, it automatically checks whether the recipient is linked to the Talentis CRM. If a record is linked and you’ve asked for the email to be logged within the CRM, then Talentis add-in for Outlook will read the final email and save the body to the linked CRM record, it can’t also block the email if there is a problem to allow to the user to send anyway or fix any CRM data issues before sending and logging.
