UncovAI Email protects your organization's inbox from phishing, malicious links, and AI-generated or manipulated media (deepfakes) — automatically, with no extra steps for your users.
## How it works
Once installed and enabled by your Microsoft 365 administrator, UncovAI Email automatically scans incoming messages in the background. When a user opens a message in Outlook, they see an at-a-glance risk verdict — Safe, Caution, or High Risk — directly in a task pane alongside the message, with a clear explanation of what was found.
## What it checks
- **Phishing signals** — sender authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), suspicious language patterns, and known phishing indicators
- **Malicious and deceptive URLs** — homograph/look-alike domains, risky file extensions, and other link-based threats
- **AI-generated and manipulated media** — text and media analysis to flag likely deepfake or AI-generated content
- **Attachments** — scanned alongside message content for a complete picture of risk
## Built for teams
- Administrator-controlled enrollment — enable scanning for specific mailboxes or your whole organization
- A "Scan now" option for on-demand re-checks
- Feedback actions so users can report false positives or confirm phishing, helping improve detection over time
## Data handling
UncovAI Email only accesses the mailboxes your administrator enrolls, using the Microsoft Graph Mail.Read permission. See our privacy policy for full details on what's accessed, where it's processed, and how long results are retained.
