This application acts as an insight provider for Audio files.
Targeted towards customer services it provides insights on the recorded call of a customer and executive.
You will be needing to upload the audio files using API and it will send you the result
Requires API to be called from your source system to the Virtual machine's Public IP address and it will return the Transcription of the audio in roman.
The time of transcription generation depends on the server size and audio length.
We require to wave audio files with PCM encoding for the magic to happen.
