The submitted SharePoint package is a SharePoint Framework ListView Command Set for modern SharePoint document libraries. It is deployed through the tenant App Catalog as a tenant-wide extension and adds the Scan command to SharePoint document library command bars.
The SharePoint user interface provided by the package is intentionally focused on document-library entry points. Users start in a modern SharePoint document library, choose the Scan command, and the command opens the Websio eDocStation Windows desktop companion. Document capture, page review, OCR, barcode recognition, separator-sheet processing, and metadata assistance are performed in eDocStation. The finished document is then saved back to the selected SharePoint library.
Typical use cases include invoices, receipts, signed agreements, delivery notes, service reports, forms, HR documents, and other business files that need to be stored in SharePoint with searchable text and useful metadata.

- Recognize barcodes and use barcode values for splitting or SharePoint metadata

The product is designed for departments that already use SharePoint as the document library of record and need a practical way to capture and classify documents without deploying a large enterprise document processing platform.
Production deployments use Microsoft Entra modern authentication with a customer-owned app registration. The SharePoint package is deployed through the tenant App Catalog as a tenant-wide extension, and eDocStation is installed on Windows workstations used by document processing users.
A Websio license/subscription is required for production use. The installer provides a fully functional 30-day limited trial version for evaluation and certification testing.
