Connect Microsoft Outlook with Exxas. Save emails, sync contacts, use documents in emails and create activities in Exxas - all with a single add-in.

Save emails

Save incoming and outgoing emails to Exxas contacts and activities, just with a few clicks or automatically. Use the add-in to ensure that all communication with your customers and partners is seamlessly logged in Exxas. Saved emails in Exxas can be downloaded as standardized Electronic Mail (.eml) files in accordance with RFC 5322.

Create and synchronize contacts

Synchronize contacts from Exxas to Microsoft Outlook. Synchronized contacts are marked so they can be identified as Exxas contacts. Phone systems such as Microsoft Teams can use the contacts for caller ID. If no contact was found automatically, you can also create new contacts in Exxas - with just a few clicks from an incoming email.

Create Activities

Create tasks, tickets, projects, sales opportunities, or other activity in Exxas based on an incoming email. The email’s content is automatically imported into the activity.

Attach Files

Add documents from Exxas as attachments to your email drafts in Outlook. Save file attachments from received emails separately in contacts and activities.

Setup and Deployment

You can install the Exxas Outlook Add-in via Microsoft Marketplace, or automatically deploy it to all users in your organization with Microsoft 365 admin portal.

Pricing and Registration

A valid Exxas licence is required to use the Add-in. If you do not have a licence, feel free to request an account at https://www.exxas.net/en/try-for-free. The currently valid price list for our licences can be found at https://www.exxas.net/en/pricing.

Data privacy

The add-in uses the Smart Alerts feature (OnMessageSend event). When the user sends an email, the add-in checks whether a filing destination in Exxas has been configured. If a destination is set, the email — including subject, recipients, body, and attachments — is automatically saved to the configured Exxas record, and an Outlook category label is applied to the sent message via Microsoft Graph. If no destination is configured and the "interrupt sending" option is enabled, the send is blocked and the user is notified. If "interrupt sending" is disabled, the email is sent without being saved to Exxas. This behaviour is configurable per user and can be disabled entirely.
