AutoRFP by Optimus Information helps teams draft structured RFP responses using your organization’s approved documents as a knowledge base, works within Microsoft Teams. Admins perform a one-time setup to connect past RFP materials; users then upload a new RFP, review a sectioned first draft, iterate with feedback, and export the final response to Word.

Who it’s for:

- Admins: Initialize the knowledge base by adding approved past RFPs from your organization’s document repository.

- Users: Upload an RFP, review drafts section by section, approve or edit, and export a .docx.

How it works:

1. Initialize: Admins add past RFPs and related materials to form the knowledge base.

2. Detect format: AutoRFP identifies the required response format from the new RFP.

3. Draft: A first draft is produced for each section using your organization’s materials.

4. Review: Approve, edit manually, or request a new draft until each section is final.

5. Export: AutoRFP formats all approved content and exports a Word (.docx) file for submission.
