Viva Glint helps improve employee engagement and performance across the employee lifecycle with organization-wide surveys.

Depending on your role, here are some things Glint Bot can notify you about in Microsoft Teams:

• When a Glint survey has started
• When survey results are ready
• When it's time to choose a Focus Area
• When it's time to check in with your team about survey results or about progress against Focus Areas

Glint bot in Teams can go beyond survey reminders and can deliver Nudges to take meaningful action and drive positive behavior. Remind team members to view results, share survey results with their teams, and create Focus Areas.

To receive Glint notifications in Teams, you need to be a licensed Glint user and your Glint administrator must have activated your license.
