Success

You can now integrate Success App platform with Microsoft Teams to keep track of what's happening within your Pre-sales projects. This integration provides notifications and updates about all your Success projects in your Microsoft Teams channels.

**Get Started**

Use an admin account to enable the Microsoft Teams integration in Success’ App Store and Click on the **Install** option to link your Microsoft Teams account with Success.

After successful installation, go to your desired project and navigate to Settings. Here, under Microsoft Teams click on the **Setup** button to get started with the Teams setup.

This Notifications section in Success provides all the details including a list of Microsoft Teams channels subscribing to project updates.

**Project Notifications & Updates**

With the integration of two important workspaces, users can now get notified about the following activities:

- When a Collaborator is added

- When a Status Update is posted

- When a Project Stage is changed

- When a Use Case, Test Case, or Task is assigned

- When Links or Documents are imported, and much more

Use the "@Success sub [organization-name] [project-id]" in your Microsoft Teams channel to start receiving notifications and updates.

**Providing Assistance through Success Help**

The "@Success help" command in Microsoft Teams guides the users on how to subscribe or unsubscribe from a project.

Also, you can access all the details about Microsoft Teams notifications under the Project Settings page in Success App.
