On top of that, you can use FunnelFox Triggers to get notified when an account has been in the news or when it’s been a while since you spoke. You can also set custom tasks and you can see the latest triggers and tasks conveniently in the inbox sidebar.

Lastly, while you focus on the customer conversation, FunnelFox will automatically update all activities in your CRM, saving you from this tedious work.

Note: FunnelFox currently requires a Salesforce account to show relevant customer data in your inbox.
