Allows users to approve BuildPro created EPOs from within Microsoft Outlook.
Hyphen Solution’s BuildPro is an online real-time construction scheduling application that provides collaboration and supply chain management. BuildPro enables builders and their suppliers (trades) to communicate delivery of materials and timing of labor.
One of the functions of BuildPro allows builders to create an EPO (Extra Purchase Order). An EPO is an order for additional materials/labor needed on the job site. Builders create EPOs via BuildPro but may need approval by back office or administrative personnel.
The EPO Approval app for MS Outlook allows back office person or administrative personnel to approve an EPO without opening a browser, logging in, and navigating to the EPO Approvals page.
