Azure Arc is a bridge that extends the Azure platform so you can build applications and services with the flexibility to run across data centers, edge, and multi-cloud environments.
Designed as a three-week engagement, the Azure Arc Program enables customers to extend Azure management capabilities to hybrid environments, including on-premises data center and third-party cloud providers. Customers can use Azure Arc to manage and configure their Windows and Linux server machines and Kubernetes clusters that are hosted outside of Azure. Azure Arc provides a consistent development, operations, and security model for both new and existing applications. Customers can use the same tools, the same security and governance technologies to create and manage application resources.
